A retired Captain from American Airlines/TWA, Lloyd managed the TWA CRM program from 1990 to 2002 and developed all TWA CRM programs during that time. As a Simulator instructor, 727 Check Airman and APD from 1988 to 2000, he was qualified in the 707, 727, and MD-80. Lloyd trained TWA pilot instructors in a new form of debrief with the onset of AQP in the late 90’s. He began integrating CRM training with pilots, flight attendants, dispatchers, and agents beginning in 1990 and created numerous humorous videos to facilitate this training. Lloyd served as the chairman of the TWA ASAP program from 2000 until 2003 and was a member of the ATA Human Factors Committee from 1998-2001.
